SICH Medical LLC

SICH Medical LLC was founded in 2023 as an exclusive sister company to SICH-Ukraine in the USA and Canada.

“SICH-Ukraine” company is the leading Ukrainian producer of the SICH-Tourniquet — the No.1 instrument in modern civil and military first-aid kits. It is the official supplier to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the National Guard, and the Police.
The first and the main task put forward to the designers and developers at the moment of company formation under the hybrid war conditions was to create our own, special construction of tourniquet able to control massive bleeding in any state, under any weather conditions, being wet, snow-covered, dirty, heated or cold, in any extreme loads. Having passed all stages of development, testing and consultations the team managed to find effective and complex solution that was realized in original and patented construction named SICH-Tourniquet.

The company was established in 2014 by a team of entrepreneurs and volunteers headed by Aleksandr Hadomskyi. The primary task given to the designers and developers at the company’s formation, under hybrid war conditions, was to create a unique tourniquet capable of controlling massive bleeding in any state and under any weather conditions—whether wet, snow-covered, dirty, heated, cold, or under extreme loads. After going through all stages of development, testing, and consultations, the team succeeded in creating an effective and complex solution realized in the original and patented design named the SICH-Tourniquet.

“SICH” is a symbol of Ukrainian freedom, dignity, and strength! That’s why our company has this strong and victory-hardened name!

Overall, the history of the SICH-Tourniquet is a story of uniting a large number of people, including designers, military personnel, and volunteers, all working towards one noble mission – to save lives. During the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the company did not stop working for a single day, providing the military with high-quality blood-stopping tourniquets.

During the occupation, and later, under rocket fire and in the absence of electricity, “SICH-Ukraine” workers continued to produce the SICH-Tourniquet. Only in 2023, “SICH-Ukraine” produced and delivered more than 500,000 tourniquets to military units, both as part of the official IFAK first-aid kits of the Ministry of Defense and in separate batches for the needs of the military.

It is safe to say that today the SICH-Tourniquet is the most common combat medical device for stopping bleeding in the Ukrainian Armed Forces and has already saved thousands of lives.
